Both the Peak and Symphony chairs opened today, so we now have all the chairs open on both mountains.

I didn’t manage to get up there today, but since it looks like I have tomorrow free, I will go up and check it out.

I did hear, from various people, that the conditions very pretty good off both the chairs, but will wait until I get a chance to ski it before I say anything more.

It looks like the inversion has finally cleared and the freezing level has returned to the valley. So snow-making can now do their thing, and any precipitation we might get will be snow !! (Although the wetter weather also raises the freezing level, so as snow comes in, the level might get above the valley floor) In fact, the temps have dropped a lot, and we now expect pretty cold weather for the next few days. It still looks like no snow until around the start of Feb – maybe a few days before.
